Guidance for those who want to participate in Zoom Classroom insurance pre-licensing training. Please review the items below before proceeding. Thank you.

  1. Enrollees must register for Zoom Classes at least 5 days prior to the class date you choose. This allows time for you to receive your training manual by ground delivery and download and test your Zoom connection.
  2. In order to participate in a Zoom Class format, you must have access to a computer that has a camera and audio capacity and will allow your instructor to see and hear you during each day of class times. Cell phones cannot be used, as a cell phone will not provide a suitable connection. It is important for you to have basic computer skills to participate in the Zoom classroom format.
  3. Next step, register for the class by clicking on one of the courses above. After registration, scan/copy and send your driver's license or photo ID to [email protected] or fax to 888-304-1519
  4. As soon as your registration and a copy of your driver's license have been received your instructor will call you to arrange a phone meeting, to guide you through the Zoom setup.

If you are not familiar with Zoom, you can join a test meeting here to learn more and see if the format will work for you: https://zoom.us/test

A day or two before the class starts your instructor will schedule an additional 2nd short session to test the Zoom connection.

While you will attend the 3-day long Zoom session from your location you will be expected to have made arrangements for quiet surroundings, keep your video turned on as directed by your instructor. Be aware that you will be seen by your instructor and the other members of the class.  Please dress in business casual. Should a disconnect occur, reconnect must be established in a reasonable length of time to assure receiving credit for the class. Lunch and restroom breaks will accrue throughout the day.

If you have additional questions you would like to discuss before choosing the Zoom format, call 479-650-7543.
